Withdrawal instruction for the sale of goods

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

The corresponding return label from DHL Post AG will be sent to you electronically. The incurred costs will be deducted from your refundable amount.

A prerequisite for a return is that the goods are complete and in the same condition as when received. 

 

If you return the goods to us independently, we assume no liability for loss by the carrier.


Items purchased from a final sale, partial clearance sale, and/or a permanently reduced clearance sale can be returned to us at most 14 days after receipt.
Items of the following product categories are exempt from all return deadlines:
  • Cosmetic products
  • Food
These can generally be excluded from a return once they have been opened.

If you return goods under the voluntary return guarantee, you bear the

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day you inform us of the withdrawal of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

Goods suitable for parcel shipping
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods and, in the case of returns from outside the EU, any additional fees (e.g., customs duties and taxes).


You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling the goods beyond what is necessary to check their condition, properties, and functioning.

The right of withdrawal is excluded for the following contracts:
