Shipping usually takes place on the next business day after the order.

Delivery time Switzerland/Liechtenstein: 5 - 10 days

- Customs fees are paid by the recipient
Please note that we have to charge a surcharge for bulky items (fragile goods & oversized items).
EXCHANGE AND RETURN
From the shipping date, you have 30 days to return your order to EIN STÜCK VOM GLÜCK.
For processing returns, we require a request to ensure insured return shipping. The customer bears the costs.
The return shipping costs apply to each request and will be deducted from the refund amount. Within Germany
Return shipping cost: €6.99
Returns from abroad will be charged separately.

Please note that the shipping costs not only include postage costs but also packaging materials and proportional registration fees for packaging registers and dual systems. Nowadays, retailers are required to license the packaging used in the EU country to which the delivery is made.
