Delivery and shipping costs

Please note that shipping costs do not only include postage, but also packaging materials and proportionate registration fees for packaging registers and dual systems. Meanwhile, retailers are obliged to license the packaging used in the EU country to which the delivery is made.

Shipping usually takes place on the next working day after the order.

We ship our goods with the shipping service provider DHL Deutsche Post

For shipment tracking, we require your consent to share your e-mail address with the shipping service provider for data protection reasons. By purchasing, you confirm your consent to this. Your data will be encrypted and transmitted to DHL and used only in connection with the current order for the purpose of shipment status and order tracking.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN

From the shipping date, you have 30 days to return your order to EIN STÜCK VOM GLÜCK.

The buyer bears the costs of a return shipment.

In case of defective goods or incorrectly delivered items, we will cover the return costs.

Please report breakages to us immediately. For a replacement delivery, we need photos of the damaged items, packaging, and filling material. Please keep the package in exactly the condition in which it reached you. We will then pick it up in the same condition.
