The proper use of incense sticks


Place the incense stick in a suitable, heat-resistant holder and set it on a stable surface. Light the tip and let the flame burn briefly before carefully blowing it out. Once the incense stick begins to gently smolder, the fragrance can quietly spread throughout the room. Enjoy this moment mindfully and ensure there is enough air circulation in the room.
